We offer worldwide shipping through Printful’s network of fulfillment centers. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

International shipping may take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Big D Decisions is not responsible for delays or issues related to incorrect addresses.
Note: We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country on international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Big D Decisions purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how our return and exchange policy works:

Printed Apparel: All items are custom-printed to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or design errors. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the print (e.g., fading, misalignment), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a few photos to help us assess the issue and get a replacement sent out to you.

Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong size, color, or design, please let us know right away. We’ll work with Printful to ensure you get the correct product sent to you.

How to Get a Replacement:

We’ll verify the issue with Printful and handle the replacement process for you.

Once your replacement is confirmed, we’ll send you updated tracking info so you can track its arrival.
